Cynthia Thyfault, founder and CEO of QuantaVision, is a venerated figure in the realm of sustainable technology. Raised on a farm in central Kansas, Cynthia’s early experiences instilled in her a profound respect for nature and the principles of sustainable agriculture. Cynthia currently serves as the Chairman of the Energy Subcommittee of the National Rural Lenders Association and is actively involved with several significant industry groups, including the Global Impact Investing Network, the Climate Bonds Initiative, and the Commercial Alternative Aviation Fuels Initiative (CAAFI).
Ms. Thyfault also previously served as an appointed member, Chairman Emeritus (and is one of 36 members nationwide) and as the Chairman for the Global Decarbonization Subcommittee for the sixth charter on the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency
Advisory Committee (“REEEAC”). She has been appointed to serve on the REEAC from 2012-2022. REEEAC advises the United States Department of Commerce Secretary on competitiveness issues facing U.S. renewable energy and energy efficiency exports. The committee also provides advice on the development and administration of programs and policies to expand U.S. renewable energy, trade policy negotiations relating to U.S.
energy efficiency exports, and the policies of foreign governments impacting the export of U.S. energy services and technologies.

on ESG standards, green bond criteria, and climate-related financial disclosures.
