Challenge - Oishii, a pioneer in vertical farming, sought to expand its operations with a new climate-controlled facility in New Jersey to meet growing demand for its premium Omakase and Koyo strawberries. The project required validation through a USDA-aligned feasibility study to support energy efficiency financing and investor confidence, while also showcasing a scalable business model rooted in environmental innovation.
Our Role - QuantaVision conducted a feasibility study, analyzing economic, market, technical, financial, and management factors. We evaluated energy use, ROI, automation, and sustainability outcomes while aligning the project with USDA funding criteria. In addition to producing detailed financial projections, we advised leadership on strategic positioning to support both funding and long-term operational goals.
